Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once the files have been downloaded. However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g. duplicate order), and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion.
Nothing herein grants an obligation by Toffee Pop Templates to issue a refund. However, we will do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

Simple Sweet Websites

We do offer a money back guarantee on your Simple Sweet Website.  If you are unhappy with your website for any reason and let us know within 14 days of the day we installed your website on your or our server, we will refund you in full.

If we have installed your website on your own server, we will need to immediate access to your cpanel (hosting) again, and uninstall your website (this will also delete any content and images you may have uploaded/modified since installation) before issuing the refund.
